What is the Get Juicy Monthly Subscription Plan?
The Get Juicy Monthly Subscription Plan allows you to automatically replenish your Gems each month. This plan is a convenient way to ensure you never run out of Gems, providing you with a specified number of Gems based on the plan you select at the start of each subscription period.
How does the Subscription work?
Upon subscribing, you will receive Gems at the beginning of each monthly subscription period. The initial payment and the start of your subscription period occur on the date of your first subscription purchase. Your account will be automatically charged the plan amount every month on the same day. If your payment date needs to change due to specific reasons (e.g., payment issues or changes in your subscription plan), we will notify you accordingly.
How can I cancel my Subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please visit the Subscriptions page on our website. Remember, uninstalling the Get Juicy platform or deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You can continue to use any previously purchased Gems as long as your account is active.
Can I cancel my Subscription and still keep Plan benefits until the end of the month cycle after the latest payment?
Yes, even after canceling your subscription, you can continue to enjoy the plan benefits until the end of the subscribed month cycle. Any remaining unused Gems from the subscription plan will also remain without expiry until they are used up.
Are there any refund policies for the Subscription?
Refund requests made within 30 days of payment will be honored, provided none of the Gems received during that period have been used. We do not offer partial refunds. For refund requests, please contact the payment operator through which the original purchase was made. For more details, please read our Refund Policy.
What are Gems, and how can I use them?
Gems are the digital currency on Get Juicy, allowing you to generate AI images or purchase premium assets for customization. Each AI-generated image costs 1 Gem. How do I track my Gem purchases and usage?
You can view your Gem purchase and usage history by visiting the 'Transaction History' section. This can be accessed by tapping the Gear icon located in the top left corner of the 'Profile' page.

No, you don't need any experience to use AI generator. It's for everyone! Whether you've never made a character before or you made lots of characters in the past, our AI can help you make stunning characters easily.
